‘Everything from the Alpe’



On the Alpe Saluver, at 1600m above sea level, 9 tonnes of cheese are produced per season using traditional

produced by hand. The cows graze on 150 hectares of alpine pasture. Alpine milk from the best grasses

and alpine herbs from unspoilt nature is the raw material for this special cheese.

As our family covers everything from dairyman, butcher to hunter, the processing of the milk and meat is

We, the Felder family, have been managing the alpine pasture with dedication and pleasure for 24 years.

Our passion is the production of honest, sustainable products, as well as a life for

the animals in the great outdoors.

It is precisely this closeness to nature and time spent in the mountains that motivates us to produce the highest quality

and care in handling our precious food.
