In our small-scale production, we focus on fruity preserves and pickled delights. We take great care to use untreated, seasonal fruits, which are preserved at the peak of their ripeness.

Another passion of ours, nurtured for 15 years, is vermouth. Made from Styrian base wines, our vermouth impresses with fresh, citrusy, and sweet-bitter notes.

For several years, our Gaumengut range has also included Styrian truffle products, such as truffle sheep’s cheese, truffle sausages, and the popular Truffle-Chili Sauce, TRÜCHI.
