Since March 2024, Gerstner has been delighting visitors at Schönbrunn with classics of Viennese cuisine and the famous desserts of the former Imperial and Royal Court Confectioner.

At the Schönbrunn Christmas Market, our “Schnitzel im Stanitzel” takes centre stage – a hearty and convenient meal to enjoy on the go.

For those with a bigger appetite, we offer chicken schnitzel in a brioche roll with homemade truffle mayonnaise or coleslaw. Our younger guests can enjoy the Happs Burger – a mini schnitzel with ketchup in a bread roll. Paired with children’s punch, it is sure to bring a smile to their faces.

Our selection is rounded off with a variety of punch and mulled wine – perfect for enjoying winter at Schönbrunn.
