Since March 2024, Gerstner has been delighting guests at its Schönbrunn location with Viennese classics and the famous desserts of the imperial and royal Court confectioner. At the Schönbrunn Christmas market, our ‘Schnitzel im Stanitzel’ takes centre stage - a hearty, practical meal for on the go.  For larger appetites, there are chicken schnitzels in a brioche bun with homemade truffle mayonnaise or coleslaw. We spoil our younger guests with the Happs burger - a mini schnitzel with ketchup in a roll. Combined with children's punch, this makes children's eyes light up.  The offer is rounded off with punch and mulled wine variations - perfect for winter enjoyment in Schönbrunn.
