The legendary Kaiserschmarrn, once prepared for Emperor Franz Joseph I, is a must at Schönbrunn. We serve it airy and fluffy, with or without sultanas, served with stewed plums, apple sauce or chocolate sauce. Smaller portions are also available for the little ones.
