The legendary Kaiserschmarrn, once prepared for Emperor Franz Joseph I, simply belongs at Schönbrunn. We serve it light and fluffy, with or without raisins, accompanied by plum compote, apple sauce, apricot compote, chocolate sauce and palm oil-free hazelnut cream.

This year, we are also offering a chocolate Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce and cinnamon sugar.

To complement it, we serve mulled wine, apple cider and creative punch varieties such as apple gin punch or Schilcher mulled wine.
