Terms of Participation for the Competition
Organizer: Imperial Markets GmbH
Participation period: 22.11.2025 – 06.01.2026
Eligibility: All persons aged 18 or older with a residence in Austria
Participation takes place exclusively through the form provided on the website
Winners will be drawn after the end of the participation period by random procedure
The prize cannot be transferred and cannot be paid out in cash
Notification of winners: Winners are informed by email. If no feedback is received within 7 days, a replacement winner will be drawn
Weekly winners are drawn every Friday; the main prize is drawn on 24.12
Data processing: The data is used exclusively for running the competition. Further usage for marketing purposes only if the participant has explicitly given consent (via newsletter checkbox)
No data is passed on to third parties, except technically necessary processors (e.g. hosting)
